    Your staples

Items you buy regularly, detected from purchase frequency. Ticked staples are auto-added to every weekly shopping list when they're due.

Upload receipts (or load the sample) to detect staples.

    Purchase history

Parsed items across all receipts. The planner uses this to learn what your household actually eats and to weight recipe selection toward familiar ingredients.

Dial each protein up or down. The planner treats these as a share of dinner mains — chicken on 4 against beef on 1 means roughly four chicken nights for every beef one. Set one to Off and it stays out of every meal, breakfast and lunch included — and if the recipe book has nothing left for a slot, it fills it meat-free rather than with something you've switched off. Settings are remembered on this device.

Every dinner is a complete plate: main + base (rice, mash, pasta…) + veggie side chosen to pair with the cuisine and to use up shared ingredients. Hover a meal: 🔒 lock it (survives re-rolls) · 🔄 swap the main. The small 🔄 next to the base and side swaps just that component.
